Free website check
You may use the free website check only to check publicly accessible pages that you are authorised to check. You are responsible for obtaining any required permission and complying with applicable laws and third-party rights.
Use the check fairly and only to a reasonable extent. Daily and technical rate limits apply; automated mass use, circumventing limits, and any interference with the service are prohibited. We may limit or reject requests. Targets blocked for security or operational reasons, including internal, local, or otherwise disallowed addresses, cannot be checked.
Check duration may vary depending on the target page and service load. We do not guarantee completion within one minute or by any specific time, and do not guarantee that every target can be reached or checked.
3. Contract formation and free plan
The contract is formed upon confirmation of registration. New accounts start on the Free plan, which is permanently available at no cost with limited usage quotas. Users can upgrade to a paid plan at any time.
4. Pricing and billing
Prices are quoted in CHF, EUR, or USD, exclusive of applicable taxes. Current plan prices (Free: CHF 0 / Starter: from EUR 29 / Pro: from EUR 99 / Agency: from EUR 299 per month) and add-on prices are listed on the pricing page at auditlumo.com/pricing. Billing is monthly or annual, in advance, via Stripe. Annual billing grants two free months.
In case of payment default, the Provider reserves the right to suspend access to paid features until the outstanding amount is settled.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the dashboard or the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Payments already made are non-refundable unless required by law.
6. Privacy
Processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws, including the Delaware Personal Data Privacy Act and GDPR where each applies. All platform data is stored and processed on servers within the European Union.
7. Availability and SLA
The Provider targets 99.5% monthly uptime but does not guarantee it. Maintenance is performed outside core business hours (CET) where possible.
8. User obligations
You agree not to misuse the platform, in particular not to process unlawful content, conduct automated mass access, or share access credentials with third parties.
9. Liability
The Provider's liability is limited to the amount paid in the last month, to the extent permitted by law. The Provider is only liable for indirect damages, lost profits or data loss in cases of gross negligence.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware and applicable United States federal law, excluding conflict-of-laws rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. To the extent permitted by law, disputes are subject to the competent state and federal courts in Delaware. Mandatory consumer protections and legally required venues remain unaffected.
11. Amendments
The Provider may amend these Terms with 30 days' notice by email. If you do not object within 30 days, the new terms are deemed accepted.
